Note: the university will guide all students to go through all procedures such as physical examination, residence permit, and insurance. Students have to pay the required fees to the acceptors during all procedures. All fees are not refundable, and their use can’t be changed.
The E-offer (pre-admission letter) will be sent to the applicant who passed the initial review through the system. After that, applicants should pay CNY 5000(non-refundable) for locking the seat and upload the scanned copy of the payment receipt to the application system within seven days of receiving the pre-admission letter. The admission deposit will be offset as fees he/she needs to pay after registration in XZMU.
After confirming the admission deposit, the school will apply for the JW202 form based on current government policies and issue a formal admission letter. Failure to register(online/offline) over two weeks without school permission would be regarded as automatic withdrawal, and the admission deposit would not be refunded.
Scholarship (After Annual Review)
Scholarships are divided into first-class scholarships, second-class scholarships, and third-class scholarships, which are selected once every academic year.
- First-class scholarship: 5,000 CNY/person;
- Second-class scholarship: 3,000 CNY/person;
- Third class scholarship 1,000 CNY/ person
The proportion of first-class, second-class, and third-class scholarship winners shall not exceed 5%, 10%, and 25% of the total number of international students in the class.
