Founded in 1952, Shanghai Finance University (SFU) is a full-time state-owned academic institution. The university has a very sound and comprehensive subject structures covering art, law, science and engineering with emphasis put on economics and management and finance taken as its core. SFU has been committed to developing various skills required by China’s economic and finance industries during the past few decades and as a result, SFU is praised as a “Cradle of Future Financial Experts”. At present, SFU has 10 schools and 4 departments, with 24 undergraduate programs. There are more than 8,000 full-time students, more than 600 international students and more than 3000 students of adult education in SFU.
