Basic Requirements for Master’s Degree Applicants:

  • Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old
  • Two recommendation letters from professors
  • Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals and in good health
  • Must comply with Chinese laws and university regulations
  • English-taught programs require IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 85 / Duolingo 105 or equivalent
  • For scholarship consideration, minimum 75% academic performance is strongly recommended

Scholarship Evaluation Criteria

  • Academic background (institution, grades, research match): 30–40%
  • Research ability (publications, research plan, project experience): 30–40%
  • Potential & communication skills (recommendations, interview, language): 20–30%
