Documents Required for University Application:

1. Application Form

  • Fill in Chinese or English (contact us to have application form)

2. Passport & Passport-size Photo

  • Clear passport scan
  • Recent passport-size photo (JPG format)

3. Highest Diploma (Notarized Copy)

  • If applicants are university students, they must also provide documents showing their status as university student.
  • Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached a certified translation.

4. Academic Transcripts (Notarized)

  • Bachelor applicants: High school transcripts and certificates
  • Master applicants: Bachelor’s transcripts and certificates
  • PhD applicants: Bachelor and Master’s transcripts and certificates

Note: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translation in Chinese or English.

5. Study Plan or Research Proposal

  • Required for Master’s and PhD applicants ( some universities also ask for undergraduate applicants)
  • Written in English or Chinese, minimum 800 words.

6. Recommendation Letters

  • Two letters  from full professors or associate professors (in Chinese or English).
  • Letters must include professors’ phone number, email address and signature.

7. Published academic papers or other academic achievements (if applicable).

  • Mandatory for PhD applicants if they want a better chance of admission and scholarships
  • Optional but helpful for Master’s applicants

8. Foreign Physical Examination Report

  • Including ECG, Chest X-Ray, Blood test, Doctor signature, Hospital stamp, Sealed photo
  • Applicants are expected to keep the original copies filled in English. The medical examination must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.
  • Medical examination results will be valid for six months.

9.  Police Verification

  • No Criminal Record is valid for six months.

10. Study Certificate

  • If you are already in China, then you need to provide study certificate from your current university, which will ensure your study duration and major program.

11. Bank Statement

  • Valid for six months,
  • Minimum 4000 USD or equivalent amount in your account or your 1st blood (parents, brother, sister’s bank account).
  • If you submit other than 1st blood relative account then you need to provide a relationship certificate or statement

12. English Language Certificate 

  • Valid certificates include (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, PTE  or other recognized tests)

13. Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume

  • Must include education background, work experience, skills, awards, publications (if any)
  • It must be updated one till the date of application.

14. Work Experience Certificate (Optional)

  • Especially useful for Management programs
  • Clarify education gap and relevant work experience duration

15. Video Introduction of Applicant (2-3 Minutes）

  • Background
  • Major interest
  • Reason for studying in China
  • Clear audio and professional tone recommended

16. CSCA Score Report

  • Appear for the test from www.csca.cn , recommended for undergraduate applicants

17. Visa Page Copy

  • If you are already living in China
